Response times

Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:00 ET. Most messages are answered the same business day; anything that needs a certificate pulled, a quote prepared or a compliance review can take up to three. Windows are counted in business days from receipt, excluding weekends and public holidays — a message sent at 4:55 pm on a Friday is a Monday message.

Include the specifics up front and the first reply is usually the answer rather than a request for more information: order number, lot code, SKU or variant, quantities, delivery country, and photographs where the issue is physical.

What we will not answer
