Windows are counted in business days from receipt, excluding weekends and public holidays. A message sent at 4:55 pm on a Friday is a Monday message.

Include the specifics up front and the first reply is usually the answer rather than a request for more information: order number, lot code, SKU or variant, quantities, delivery country, and photographs where the issue is physical.

What we will not answer

We cannot advise on administering these compounds to a person or an animal, on quantities, on preparation for such use, or on whether a compound is suitable for any such purpose. This holds however the question is framed and regardless of who is asking. Enquiries of that kind receive a link to our prohibited uses policy and no further correspondence. It is not evasiveness — it is the condition on which this material may be supplied at all.
